Mainstream Boutique — The Woodlands

Unwashed, unworn merchandise (with tags attached if applicable) received within 14 days of purchase can be returned back to the original form of payment. Please read below for instructions on returns!

How to make a return

Online Returns:

To start a return online, email thewoodlands@mainstreamboutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once we review your request and confirm the return is eligible, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions.

Please do not ship items back until you've received our return label, so we can properly track and be fully aware of what is being returned. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags attached, if applicable). All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

In-Store Returns:

Items may be returned in person at Mainstream Boutique — The Woodlands.

Please note:

• All orders must be returned to The Woodlands location
• Any purchases made at The Woodlands location cannot be returned to other Mainstream Boutique locations
• Items must be unwashed, unworn, and free of damage, odors, or alterations
• Original tags must be attached
• Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied
